Eligibility Criteria
Bidders must be registered Kenyan companies with the relevant construction licenses, a minimum of three years’ experience in road works, and a proven track record of similar projects. They must also comply with Nyandarua County Government’s procurement policies and hold valid insurance and bonding certificates.
Required Documents
A bid security (usually 5–10% of the contract value), technical proposal (including design, methodology, and timeline), financial proposal (price breakdown and payment terms), proof of company registration and licensing, evidence of past road construction experience (project references, photos, and certificates), insurance and bonding certificates, and any other documents required by the county procurement guidelines.
