Eligibility Criteria
Bidder must be a Kenyan-registered company, registered with the Kenya Revenue Authority and the relevant water authorities, with a proven track record in water supply and delivery, and must meet all statutory and procurement requirements.
Required Documents
Company registration certificate; proof of water supply licence or equivalent regulatory approval; evidence of past performance or references in water supply; financial statements and bank guarantees; technical specifications of water quality and delivery system; and any other documents required by the County Assembly’s procurement guidelines.
