Eligibility Criteria

- Must have a minimum of 3 years experience in supplying similar products to public entities.
- Must comply with Kenyan procurement regulations and environmental standards.

- Completed bid form and cover letter.
- Proof of registration, tax clearance, and relevant petroleum handling licenses.
- Technical specification sheet for each product.
- Financial proposal and bank reference.
- Environmental compliance certificates (if applicable).
- Warranty and after-sales service agreement.
