Eligibility Criteria
- Registered as a contractor in Kenya with a valid business license.
- Demonstrated experience in school building or classroom construction.
- Ability to supply or procure 60 three‑seater desks.
- Minimum financial turnover as required by Kilifi South NG‑CDF (typically KES 10 million).
- Compliance with all national procurement and safety regulations.
Required Documents
- Completed tender application form.
- Copy of company registration and tax clearance certificate.
- Proof of relevant experience (e.g., past project certificates, client references).
- Technical proposal detailing construction methodology and desk procurement plan.
- Commercial proposal with itemised cost breakdown.
- Evidence of insurance coverage (public liability, workers’ compensation).
