Eligibility Criteria
Open to licensed bus operators or transport companies registered in Kenya, possessing a valid commercial vehicle registration, third‑party liability insurance, and a clean safety record. Bidders should have at least two years of experience in school transport services.
Required Documents
• Bid submission form as specified by the tender notice
• Certificate of registration with the Kenya Revenue Authority and the Kenya Ministry of Transport
• Commercial vehicle registration and inspection certificate for the proposed bus
• Third‑party liability insurance certificate covering the bus and its passengers
• Proof of experience (e.g., service record of at least two years in school transport)
• Technical specification sheet of the bus (capacity, model, year, fuel type)
• Any other supporting documents required by the procuring entity
