Eligibility Criteria
- Licensed construction contractor registered with the Kenyan Ministry of Works or equivalent authority.
- Demonstrated experience in school or institutional building renovation.
- Minimum financial capacity or bonded guarantee as required by NG‑CDF Kapseret.
- Ability to meet the project schedule and deliver quality workmanship.

- Bid form and declaration of eligibility.
- Technical proposal detailing methodology, materials, and timeline.
- Financial proposal including cost breakdown and payment terms.
- Proof of registration, tax clearance, and relevant licenses.
- Evidence of past similar projects (e.g., certificates, photos, client references).
