Eligibility Criteria
Bidder must be a Kenyan registered company with a valid trade license, experience in bus supply or similar vehicle procurement, and a clean compliance record. Proof of ownership or lease of a 51‑seater bus, or capacity to deliver one, is required.

• Proof of ownership or lease of a 51‑seater bus (or a statement of capability to deliver one)
• Technical specification sheet of the proposed bus
• Commercial proposal with pricing
• Bid security or deposit as specified in the tender
