Eligibility Criteria
- Kenyan registered companies or joint ventures with a valid business registration and tax clearance.
- Demonstrated experience in supplying, installing and commissioning Wi‑Fi routers or similar networking equipment.
- Sufficient technical and financial capacity to handle the required volume and delivery schedule.
- No conflict of interest with the ICT Authority or its subsidiaries.
Required Documents
- Technical proposal outlining product specifications, installation methodology and commissioning plan.
- Financial proposal including pricing for routers, accessories, installation, commissioning and any after‑sales support.
- Proof of company registration, tax compliance certificate, and bank account details.
- Evidence of relevant experience (e.g., case studies, client references) for similar projects.
- Any required licenses or certifications for network equipment installation.
- Insurance and warranty documents for the supplied equipment.
